An aria from "Die Zauberflöte" during a school performance at primary school has always stayed with him. Theater has fascinated him ever since, so much so that he "rolled into the profession" via detours. The knowledge he gained as a travelling technician, house technician, head TD and freelance theatre consultant now comes together in his position of project manager at Theateradvies.

Koos' approach:

Keeping an overview of projects, though constantly zooming in on the details. Keep asking questions throughout the process. In the dialogue this creates, you will come up with the most beautiful solutions to the various issues together with the client and the team.
